Broken or faulty productsIf a product is broken or faulty on arrival contact us as soon as possible via e-mail: info@butik21.com. We will exchange it for a new products and we will of course make sure that there is no extra cost for you.

The product is not in stock: It is always free to cancel an order and if you have paid with you creditcard we will repay the full amount.
