If you wish to return goods within the 14 day period we ask that you please send us an e-mail (info@butik21.com) so we can advice you how to proceed. You do however have the right contact us anyway you want. 

Include your invoice number or order number and the reason why you want to cancel your order. You will receive instructions on how to proceed via e-mail. Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted.
