Measure the narrowest part around the ankle and the widest part around the calf. See size chart on image number 2.

Wash the sock after each day's use to increase the lifespan of the socks. It is best to have several pairs to switch between. Wear shoes that fit snugly on the foot. Never fold down the edge of the socks as it gives a false pressure.
